Billing Policies
We bill at the end of each lesson, and send invoices via email. We process credit card payments via Square, and accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. You can also leave a credit card on file. We do not accept cash or check. You are free to reschedule any lesson, and we do not charge you for lesson you do not use. However, if you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge you a cancellation fee of $50 for the first cancellation, to compensate the tutor for their preparation, and the lost opportunity to book another student for that time slot. For subsequent cancellations, we consider the cancellation a lesson. Our tutors have limited hours in which they can teach, and repeated cancellations can significantly affect their ability to reach their financial goals in a given period. We want to be respectful of their time. Please read below to learn more about our billing and refund policies.
One Easy Payment
By paying at the start of their packages, students avoid having to pay new invoices each week, and don’t have to keep tabs of costs. We accept credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal, and you are free to change your form of payment at any time.
Roll Over Lessons
You can roll completed lessons into future packages. If you sign up for our SAT Boot Camp (five lessons), and decide you want five more lessons, we will charge those additional five at the discounted rate of our SAT Standard Package (ten lessons), and so on.
Flexible Refund Policy
We refund students the costs of all lessons they don’t use, minus reimbursements for materials and package discounts, to prevent abuse of our billing policies. We take back a small percentage of each unused lesson to compensate for the lost earnings that result from our package discounts.

We accept credit card or check. Our tutors do not accept cash. We are also happy to accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. If you would like to pay by these means, please talk to the admin you booked your first lessons with and they will arrange give you our information for these services.
